Ben is always so friendly and polite. They did my recall quickly.

I was told an oil change would be fast since the dealership "wasn't busy". My time is important to me and valuable. It ended up taking almost 1.5 hours - just for a simple oil change. I will not be going back for routine maintenance - and this could affect my willingness to buy a vehicle here in the future. I did however appreciate the coffee.
